Hi everyone, thank you so much for your patience as I still try to wrangle the last few backers. As of today, I still don't have everyone's survey responses, but we're moving forward with manufacturing because I don't want this to get delayed any further.

The tote bags arrived back in January, if you want your tote bag now rather than waiting for the pins to arrive, just let me know! I can split fulfillment on your pledge.
I'm now in the process of finalizing the mockups with the manufacturer. Some of the pin molds are spot on and already in production, and some I'm still refining. They have different artists on their end working on each mold, so there's a lot of back and forth to make sure the sizing and enamel colors are accurate and consistent across designs.
Some insight into the mockup approval process:
Zoltan looks great, but the dimensions on the mockup are off so I'm sending them another revision.
The dimensions on Goat Girl are also off, and for some reason different than Zoltan? The enamel colors are also off.
So it's a labor intensive process of reviewing the dimensions and enamel colors on every single pin and making sure everything is accurate and consistent.
The charms and mini pins are approved and in production, and I'm working hard as we speak to get the pin mockups corrected so they can go into production this week.

Hi everyone, sorry it's been a while since my last update! Right after moving the studio we traveled for three back to back events (Vogue Knitting in New York, New England Farm and Fiber in Boston, Red Alder in Seattle) and then I came home super sick and have been out of commission since then. Slowly getting back to work!
I've sent out tons of requests and reminders but we still don't have all your BackerKit responses! Please please send in your survey if you haven't yet. Unfortunately this has put us behind schedule for manufacturing the pins because we still don't have final counts. We received the tote bags back in January, but our pin manufacturer was closed for vacation from Feb 14 to 24 and we weren't able to send them into production before then because out of the outstanding surveys. If you're local and would like to pick up your tote bag, shoot me an email!

I asked our bag manufacturer to create a proof before going into full production to make sure all the little details would screen print correctly. Look how cute it came out!!
